The following is between Hosler's Husky Haven “Seller” and the “Purchaser” ________________
We require a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 in order to hold a puppy and the balance must be paid in full by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age if shipping is required or by 8 weeks of age if puppy is being picked up. The price listed below is for the purchase of puppy. If shipping is needed, an additional fee of $350.00 will be added to the price of the puppy. This fee covers the price of the shipping crate, airfare and required health certificate.
Every effort is made to determine the puppy’s eye color by 4 week of age but eye color can continue to change up to 12 weeks of age. Therefore, eye color is not guaranteed. Seller guarantees to Purchaser that the dog described below will not be sold to any other party other than the Purchaser.

WORMING AND VACCINES:
1. A licensed veterinarian does all vaccinations and health checks. All vet records will be turned over, to purchaser, when puppy is received. Wormings are done every two week, 2, 4, 6, & 8 weeks of age. We try are best to have your puppy wormed by the time they go to their new homes but there is no guarantee against worms.
2. The seller believes that the best to their knowledge, puppies are in good health at time of purchase. Parasites are not included, because parasites can be picked up virtually anywhere especially during travel. We assume no responsibility for any parasites what so ever. Nor do we take responsibility for any illness or death caused by parasites.
3. Should puppy need to be returned to seller, purchaser is responsible for delivery of puppy. I the seller will not be responsible for and under no circumstances what so ever will I pay for any vet bills, food, destruction of property, etc....
4. If said puppy is euthanized or dies, buyer must do an autopsy at buyers own expense to prove what puppy dies of. Seller is not responsible for any cost accrued.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
1. If the puppy within the first year, is found by a licensed veterinarian to have a life threatening health issue that cannot be corrected by surgery, therapy or controlled by medications, a replacement puppy will be given out of the first available litter of the same breed, registration and value. Written documentation form a licensed veterinarian must be provided to the seller’s vet (see address below) within two business days. The following items are not included in the warranty since they can be transmitted very easily, especially during travel.

Distemper
Bacteria infection (yeast, urine, hot spots)
Fleas, skin mites, dog lice
The Sellers are not responsible for any vet bills, x-rays, medication, travel time, or anything else done to the puppy in order to arrive at diagnoses.

3. The seller and their veterinarian do their very best to insure that you are receiving a healthy puppy, but it is impossible to know if an 8 week puppy will have health issues down the road. This is something that should be taken into consideration before purchasing any animal. Again, we (the sellers) believe that the best to our knowledge, puppies are in good health at time of purchase.
4. The Purchaser agrees to provide regular veterinary care as well as the proper daily maintenance to keep the dog in good health.
VISITS & PICK-UP:
Getting a new puppy is very exciting and we want and expect you to be. We do our very best to accommodate you when you want to visit or pick-up your puppy but please keep in mind that we may not always available. We ask that you to contact us ahead of time to schedule a day and time for your visit that will be best for everyone. If you are unable to keep your appointment please be respectful and let us know in advance, as soon as possible.
Just like many of you, family is very important to us and there are holidays that we do not allow people to pick-up or visit their puppies. These holidays are listed below and we hope that you understand.

If shipping is needed:
1. From the time that the puppy is dropped off at the airport seller is not responsible for any damage to crate, death or injury puppy might encounter in travel to your destination.
2. If for some reason the puppy has a lay-over or flight is cancelled while in route to buyer, buyer is responsible for any and all additional charges that may be incurred.
3. If full payment has been made for puppy, crate, airfare, and health certificate and buyer changes their mind and decides not to purchase a puppy or decides to pick up puppy, all payments are non-refundable and will go towards my time and care of the puppy.
RETURNS: (For puppies that were picked-up only)
Adding a puppy to your family to a big commitment and this decision should not be taken lightly. The average lifespan of a Siberian Husky is 12 - 15 years and this should be taken into consideration during your decision making. But if for some reason, within 7 days, you decide that you need/want to return the puppy your payment will not be refunded. You may use the payment, less $150.00, towards another puppy of your choice as long as the original puppy is returned in good health along with original paperwork. If you choose not to get another puppy or it has been longer than 7 days, no money will be returned under any circumstances.
REGISTRATION:
1. If buyer is going to register puppy with the AKC, they agree to register puppy under the name(s) listed on this contract.
2. All puppies are sold as pet quality and full registration and breeding rights are available.
3. If buyer loses the puppy registration and bill of sale, there is a $50.00 charge for replacement papers.
PAYMENTS:
We accept payments through Paypal and Money Orders from the US Post Office. You can also pay by credit card, using your Paypal account. All Paypal payments should be sent to

Example: $150 + $5, $300 + $10, $450 + 15, and so on.
